About the Role
Line/Grill Cook At Cotton Patch Cafe, we cook scratch-made Texas favorites and serve them with real hospitality. We're
looking for an experienced Line/Grill Cook who can own their station, execute consistently under pressure, and help
maintain the energy and standards that make our kitchen run. Execute all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec
Set up, maintain, and break down your station for every shift Communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen
team Follow all food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards Assist with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as
needed 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment ~ Proven grill/fryer station
