Summary The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office,

parking lots of multifamily buildings. Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager

which may include picking up trash, clean dumpster areas, trash rooms and trash chutes, blowing the parking area and

sidewalks, removing debris, power washing, etc Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping
