appeal and physical condition of the community. This position is a hands-on job requiring the performance of routine

maintenance, painting, cleaning and janitorial, and groundskeeping tasks. This position is accountable for identifying

problems, cleaning, and janitorial responsibilities, completing routine service requests, performing painting and

regular maintenance in vacant apartment homes, maintaining the grounds and common areas in a clean and safe manner, and
