Job Description Job Description Description As a Groundskeeper, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining an ACC

student housing community. In this role, you will maintain buildings and grounds, including common areas and amenities,

to enhance and maintain the property’s curb appeal. At ACC, there are always opportunities to gain new certifications,

and grow in your career – whether it is by supporting nearby properties or on the job training. Clean the interior and

exterior of the property to standard. Property groundskeeping, including trash collection. Vacuuming, mopping and/or

shampooing floors in resident rooms and common areas; stocking bathrooms Assist the service team with work orders,
