Description Coordinating projects and communicating results of finished projects. Performing preventive maintenance.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and system malfunctions. Conducting training and mentoring new utility
technicians. Monitoring and regulating energy output for a utility company. Ensuring proper functioning and safety of
utility systems such as water and gas lines, electrical power grids, and telecommunications networks. Clean, lubricate,
adjust and repair machinery and equipment Disassemble machinery to inspect for defects and replace compromised
components Study blueprints and manufacturers manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery
