property, including but not limited to:/pulliMaintaining the buildings/liliBreezeways to be free from trash and

cobwebs/liliSweeping and/or blowing debris/liliReplacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings/liliWalking the

property monthly/liliPressure washing the buildings/liliPreparing market ready units/liliCleaning of all common areas,
