Job Description: A Family of returning clients seeks an experienced and discreet Executive Housekeeper to oversee

housekeeping operations for multiple family properties, with regular travel required. This role is based in Austin, TX,

and involves managing a small team of housekeepers and ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of housekeepers with varying experience and family tenure;

conduct regular one-on-one check-ins, provide performance feedback, and deliver targeted skill-building to ensure

consistent high standards and address any technique or protocol gaps. - Create and maintain advanced household systems
