About the Role

Dispatcher Position The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the movement of materials, equipment, and attachments

to and from job sites. This role ensures efficient scheduling, tracking, and documentation of equipment and

transportation logistics while maintaining clear communication with drivers, job site personnel, and supervision teams.

Key Responsibilities: Equipment & Material Coordination: Review daily job schedules and organize equipment moves

accordingly. Track equipment and attachment locations using Samsara, ensuring timely input and communication of any

updates or changes. Create a weekly equipment utilization report through Samsara and send out to projects.
