Classification Under the general supervision, responsible to perform technical work in repair and/or vehicle/equipment

maintenance function. Duties include overhauling gasoline/diesel vehicles ranging from light to heavy road construction

equipment and maintaining existing structures and grounds. Positions in this class perform routine maintenance and

identify needed corrective actions to resolve discrepancies; including welding electrical and light bodywork repairs;
