About the Role

Heavy Equipment Operator I Kermit, TX Heavy Equipment Operators are responsible for the safe operation of heavy mobile

equipment at the plant site including inspection, documentation, escalation of equipment issues while working in an open

pit mining production environment. Duties And Responsibilities Pre-start checks Start-up, park-up, shutdown and

communication procedures are carried out in accordance with manufacturers' and/or site requirements. In case of

emergency, understand and follow emergency procedures. Responsible for safe operating practices, including operating

controls, monitoring gauges and systems, conducting safety checks and use of two-way radio. Equipment is operated within
