About the Role

Job Title Responsible for Heavy and Light Equipment Operation, Maintenance of Equipment, and Job Safety, and Assisting

in the Maintenance and Construction of the City of Denton Roadway System. Essential Functions and Other Important Duties

Essential Functions: Operates heavy complex motorized equipment such as paving/milling machine, track loader, scraper,

compaction equipment, backhoe, front-end loader, skid steer loader, asphalt roller, and motor grader, etc. in a

proficient manner for the purpose of construction, maintenance, or repair of the City of Dentons roadways Performs

skilled tasks associated with equipment operation and operates smaller equipment as needed when working on or around
