About the Role

Hotel Ella is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Housekeeper / Public Area Attendant to join our Rooms team.

This is a hybrid position that supports both guestroom cleaning and the care of the hotel’s public spaces. The ideal

candidate takes pride in cleanliness, works with a sense of urgency, and understands that every detail matters in a

boutique hotel environment. This person must be comfortable moving between room attendant duties and public area

responsibilities based on daily business levels, occupancy, arrivals, departures, and hotel needs. This is a hands-on

role that requires consistency, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication with Housekeeping, Front Desk,
