Brandon and Clark Inc. Electric Motor Mechanic Position Overview The Electric Motor Mechanic plays a key support role in
the repair of electro-mechanical equipment at our Odessa shop. This entry-level, hourly position is designed to provide
hands-on training and foundational knowledge of electric motor operations while following strict safety procedures.
Working under the guidance of experienced electric motor mechanics, the Electric Motor Mechanic develops essential
skills, builds industry expertise, and grows technical abilities over time. This is a learning-focused, supportive role.
