About the Role

Industrial Pipefitter Department: Construction Location: Pasadena, TX Work Schedule: Standard Monday–Friday, weekends as

needed. Bonus Opportunities: Participate in a comprehensive Long‑Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) for craft employees. The

program rewards safe service with additional compensation paid quarterly. Core Job Responsibilities Read and interpret

blueprints. Apply mathematics to solve problems. Fabricate and install gaskets. Perform cutting/threading operations

using a machine. Use measuring tools and portable power tools. Make decisions based on measurable criteria. Test pipe

and tube installations. Secure pipes to structure with brackets, clamps, and hangers, using hand and power tools.
