Immediate Hire Maintenance Assistant Part Time
About the Role
Maintenance Technician Assists the Maintenance Department to ensure that the facility is safe, attractive and well
maintained. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Relevant work experience (2 plus years preferred). Must be able to
communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and general public. Must have compassion for and desire
to work with the elderly. Must have basic reporting and organizational skills. Must be capable of maintaining proper
attendance. Essential Functions: Care for the routine maintenance needs of the facility and its residents as if they
were your own home and family. Assist the Administrator with fire and life safety training and drills. Respond to
