About the Role

maintain the lobby and common areas of our building. Your tasks will include mopping floors, wiping down windows,

dusting fixtures, and emptying trash. You will also service the parking area and restrooms. During certain seasons, you

may need to clear walkways leading up to the building. Our ideal candidate is someone who will take pride in keeping the

building beautiful, clean, and comfortable for all visitors. Applicants should have some professional cleaning
