About the Role

Aluminum Welder | Soldador de Aluminio The Welder is responsible for accurately setting up and operating welding

equipment to weld and assemble trailers, hoists, and fabricated parts according to production card specifications. This

role may also include operating a robotic welder. The Welder contributes to continuous improvement and lean

manufacturing initiatives by following established processes, supporting efficient production flow, and communicating
