2-2-3 Flex Schedule. Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $27.41 to $30.46 per hour, based on experience. Additional

earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive

benefits. General Purpose Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective

maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot equipment

problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment. Overhaul and install new equipment.
