About the Role
L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions
that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction and heavy industrial industries. We are
looking for an individual to join our Maintenance Department. This position will work directly with members of
Maintenance and the Maintenance Supervisor on a daily basis. This role may also work with members of our Production
crew. As the janitor, you will be responsible for janitorial duties in the shop, office areas, break room, locker room,
and wash areas - General commercial cleaning of main production facility and administration offices while maintaining
