Job Description: Apprentice Electrician Wage/Hour Status: Nonexempt Reports To: Electrical Foreman Pay Grade: 6 Dept./

School: Facilities Days: 247 Primary Purpose: The goal of the Electrician Apprentice is to perform his assigned duties

with the supervision of his foreman or lead electrician including the following: work with crews in the installation,

inspection and repair of district electrical equipment, electrical systems and circuits, electrical fixtures such as

switches and circuitry boxes according to the National Electrical Code. Keep accurate records for work order

maintenance, District purchasing and warehouse procedures and respond to emergency electrical problems. Qualifications:
