About the Role
Location: Houston, TX (20-50% Travel) Position: Full-time, Non-Exempt Root 3 Power, LLC, established in 2018, provides
electrical power consulting and field services for industrial, commercial, healthcare, and utility clients. While we
offer full-spectrum power system engineering, our field division focuses on the technical execution of testing,
commissioning, upgrading, and maintaining electrical apparatus. Our field capabilities include: Apparatus Testing –
Acceptance and maintenance testing of LV, MV, and HV equipment (Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Switchgear, and MCCs)
following NETA and IEEE standards. Commissioning & Startup – Leading field execution for new installations and
