About the Role

Job Title: Lead Large Engine Mechanic . This role leads the mechanic team to overhaul, service, and repair large natural

gas compression engines in a clean, well-organized shop environment. The Lead Engine Mechanic performs complete engine

overhauls—from disassembly and diagnosis through repair, reassembly, and commissioning—on large-scale power-generating

engines such as Caterpillar, Superior, and Waukesha models. This position also provides hands-on guidance, coaching, and

training to less-experienced mechanics while ensuring high-quality, reliable work that supports a strong backlog of

customer demand. . Perform full overhauls of large-scale natural gas engines, including complete disassembly,
