quality affordable housing and support services to families. As the Lead Maintenance Technician you are responsible for

maintaining the community through landscaping, painting, and apartment turnovers. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift, with weekend availability, on-call, and possible overtime. Manage the day-to-day operations
