About the Role

Lead Packer Under the direction of Production Supervisor, the Team Lead oversees Packers to ensure the quality and

production deliverables of mailers across multiple production lines meets customer specifications and delivery

requirements as well as company standards for quality and operation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

(SOPs). The Team Lead is responsible for maintaining continuous product quality during production and guiding the

workflow by monitoring the packaging work force's quality inspections and packaging process in collaboration with the

assigned QA Inspector. Performs quality inspections at regularly prescribed intervals and documents accordingly across
