About the Role
Southeast Elevator is seeking an experienced Residential Elevator Mechanic with exceptional mechanical skills,
professional interpersonal communication, and a can-do attitude to join our installation team. This role will service
our Dallas market. Excellent mechanical and electronic skills Willingness to travel up to 80% (most work is within
Miami, FL, but occasional week-long overnight travel may occur) Familiarity with electronic, electro-mechanical, and
fluid-powered (hydraulic) systems Work as a team of two installers on job sites Develop safety code and regulatory
knowledge Operate general computer equipment/devices Interface with general contractors and customers directly Certified
