Machine Operator Converting (Spanish-speaking) We are seeking a Machine Operator Converting (Spanish-speaking), who is

responsible for the setup, operation, and cleanup of converting equipment to produce finished goods that meet quality

and production standards. This role supports daily production targets while maintaining strict adherence to safety and

quality requirements. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate converting machines according to job specifications and

production schedules Monitor product quality throughout runs and make real-time adjustments to maintain compliance with

standards Optimize machine performance to achieve targeted output and minimize downtime Accurately document production
