About the Role

American Landmark Value Management is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician I for Opal

at Barker Cypress, our 364unit residential community located in Houston, TX! Due to our strong training and mentorship

programs, each new AL team member is set up for success. Your role as Maintenance Technician I is critical to AL's

success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company

sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the

efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
