Paradigm at s seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our facility team! This hands-on role
focuses on repairs, preventative maintenance, and assisting the Lead Building Engineer in keeping our long-term care
environment safe and comfortable. Objective: This role supports resident safety and comfort through hands-on maintenance
of building systems, grounds, and equipment under the direction of the Lead Building Engineer. Responsibilities align
with federal, state, and local regulations, including the Life Safety Code, with utilization of TELS for logging work
