About the Role
Foreman The Foreman performs supervisory and skilled technical work for county road and bridge crews in an assigned
district. Employee is responsible for supervising maintenance of various county machinery and vehicles. Work involves
supervising and participating in construction and maintenance of roads and bridges, and inspecting work performed. This
position also inspects work sites to ensure use of proper safety precautions. Employee is also responsible for
determining and obtaining equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform assignments and performing routine
