About the Role

Mechanical Assembler Overview Seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler experienced in building and wiring RF modules,

cable harnesses, and RF assemblies. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to FOD and ESD controls,

and the ability to follow technical documentation in a high-reliability production environment. Key Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical/electromechanical components, chassis, and RF modules per drawings, schematics, and work

instructions. Build and route RF cable assemblies (SMA, N-type, semi-rigid coax) with proper torque, bend radius, and

strain relief. Perform crimping, soldering, heat-shrink, and wiring to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 standards. Conduct
