About the Role
Lead Assembler
Responsible for understanding customer demands and meet their requests/expectations by fulfilling daily orders as
required. Assist in the planning of personnel and material needed of the optimal operation of the department. Maintain
proactive communication with external and internal partners (Juarez) to complete daily customer orders on time. Ability
to obtain and understand daily production reports. Capable of reading drawings to ensure a high-quality finished
product. Responsible to ensure discipline and follow the process to apply corrective action according to company rules
