About the Role
TIG Welder $21 - $23 - 1st shift This role focuses on TIG and MIG welding, polishing, grinding, and deburring custom
metal products used in electrical enclosure solutions. You will work with a variety of metals and thicknesses to produce
high-quality, finished components that meet precise specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities Perform TIG
and MIG welding on stainless steel, cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum materials ranging from 16-gauge to
10-gauge thickness. Polish, grind, and deburr finished products to achieve smooth, clean, and visually appealing welds
and surfaces. Clean up all welds to meet quality, safety, and appearance standards before products move to the next
