About the Role
A welder for Lennox AES at our Weatherford, TX location is a skilled position responsible for performing welding tasks
with precision and expertise. They work with various materials, such as galvanized steel and aluminum, interpret
blueprints, and ensure the quality and integrity of our products (roof curbs, drop boxes, etc.) Communicate with shop
manager and engineering on product issues and assist with streamlining methods for production. Conduct visual
inspections of welded components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Work closely with engineers,
fabricators, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful project completion. Under direct
