About the Role
Mold Maintenance Technician The Mold Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and
routine maintenance on injection molds, ensuring molds are in proper working condition for production runs. The ideal
candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience in mold repair, and a deep understanding of tooling used in
plastics manufacturing. Essential Functions: Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on injection molds
according to scheduled intervals. Troubleshoot and repair damaged or worn mold components, including cavities, cores,
slides, lifters, and ejector systems. Disassemble and reassemble molds with precision to ensure proper function and
