Night Shift Dispatcher/customer Service
About the Role
At PatchitUP Drywall, we pride ourselves on our positive culture, dedication to being the BEST, and desire for
expansion. Use ServiceTitan software to manage schedules and dispatch technicians. Communicate effectively with
customers, technicians, and management. Handle customer calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and job coordination. Follow
up on unsold estimates and completed work, soliciting reviews for technician performance. Monitor lead quality. Work
hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (occasionally until 5:00 pm), Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Initially
in-office, with potential for remote work once proficient in systems and operations. Preferred experience with
