maintenance concerns promptly. Perform routine inspections of equipment, lights, and common areas. Complete daily
maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and furniture repairs. Walk the property and
parking lot to check for maintenance needs and cleanliness. Assist with pool area maintenance and housekeeping deep
