and Responsibilities Prepares baked goods, pastries and other bakery items per production Oversees pastry cart and
buffet dessert table set-up and presentation Maintains all food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with
company policy and health regulations Prepares and serves items in accordance with established recipe and presentation
