About the Role

Correctional Managed Care Vehicle Operator The mission of Correctional Managed Care is to address the healthcare needs

of underserved patient populations within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) and the Texas Juvenile Justice

Department (TJJD). JOB SUMMARY: Operates vehicles for patient transport within a correctional healthcare setting in a

safe manner. Provides routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles. Provides diversified administrative, clerical, and

technical assistance/service within the correctional healthcare setting. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assists with safe,

prompt transfers of patients between correctional facilities, Hospital Galveston and other free world destinations
