About the Role

Porter / Groundskeeper We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with 500 apartment

units. Estancia at Ridgeview Ranch 10200 Independence Pkwy Plano, TX 75025 Our hourly pay rate is $18 - $20 per hour.

The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Please review our corporate website along with the website of the

property to which you are applying. Qualifications: Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs Grounds care. Pick-up trash Work

under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager Bilingual (any language) a plus Understand company policies
