About the Role
Groundskeeper Uptown Dallas, Texas Gaines Investment Trust is hiring a Groundskeeper to support our apartment community
in Uptown Dallas, Texas. This role plays a key part in maintaining the property's cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall
appearance. Compensation: $17 $19 per hour based on experience. Monthly performance bonuses. What You Will Do: Maintain
the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community Pick up trash and ensure all common areas are clean and
presentable Perform general groundskeeping duties, including pressure washing Assist with maintaining curb appeal and
property standards Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly Provide a high level of customer service to
