About the Role

Grounds Maintenance Technician Grounds Maintenance Technician Provides general building and grounds maintenance

services. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsible for regular maintenance of facilities which includes

basic electrical, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Performs maintenance on

grounds, exterior lighting, parking lots, trash detail at locations, wash rack repair, and sign repair. Performs small

construction projects i.e. painting, drywall patching, floor tile, replacement, ceiling tile replacement, and lighting

replacement. Ability to work with or without supervision Assists Ranch Manager with special projects and duties Performs
