About the Role
DESCRIPTION Full job description Rabel's Roadhaus BBQ is looking for a Line Cook II. Line Cook II is responsible for
preparing and cooking menu items, supports kitchen operations, and ensures food quality and consistency according to
established recipes and standards. Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure
proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Operates kitchen equipment such as grills,
ovens, fryers, and stovetops. Ensure food quality, portion control, and proper presentation. Assist in coordinating food
preparation during service periods. Support and guide entry level cooks when necessary. Proven experience in food
