About the Role

We are currently seeking a Prep Cook to join our team at Bosque Resort Restaurant in Clifton, TX. This position requires

someone with a passion for culinary arts and a strong work ethic. As a Prep Cook you will be responsible for a variety

of tasks including preparing vegetables, sauce making, seafood and meat preparation, and ensuring food quality for our

customers and quicker kitchen times for line chefs. This is a full-time position and wage is highly dependent upon

experience and willingness to learn and work hard. If you are a dedicated culinary professional looking to take the next
