About the Role

SA Milling Machine Operator Lone Star Paving is a paving contractor, operating in the Central Texas region with paving

crews, HMA, aggregate, trucking, milling, and quality control. Our operations complete heavy highway and civil projects

throughout Texas. We pride ourselves in being a family-oriented organization with a goal of upholding the safety and

health of our number one asset, our employees. The Milling Machine Operator will work closely with the Milling Manager

and Maintenance Team to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient operation of milling machinery to minimize downtime and

optimize production. They should be able to address mechanical issues and ensure the safe practices of all employees.
