About the Role
Sales Executive II The Sales Executive II through direct interaction with Apartment & Builder Sales (Multifamily PM's
and Home Builders) customers or their Brokers locates, negotiates and closes Commodity deals for their common areas,
Continuous Service Agreements (CSA's), as applicable, and Partner Marketing Agreements (PMA's) primarily in the non
ERCOT markets. These sales must meet or exceed company profit guidelines while adhering to all company and regulatory
guidelines. Key Accountabilities Establish business and brand equity in new markets in the MWNE business territory of
13+ states. Achieve or exceed monthly / annual sales and gains goals through their sales efforts (pricing, contract
