About the Role
Security Guard Under general supervision, the Security Guard position provides security services for the Security and
Safety Department. The Security Guard position supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices
the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups. The employee must maintain a Texas Private Security Level II
License. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Responds to requests by radio, pager, telephone, or other methods of
communication. Responds to emergency calls for assistance. Responds to Panic Alarms within the facility and/or Pavilion.
Conducts periodic inspection tours based on pre-determined priorities and conditions. Monitors CCTV security system, and
