About the Role

Senior CNC Maintenance Technician The Senior CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal

performance, reliability, and safety of CNC controlled systems (mills, lathes, saws, etc.) and related production

equipment. This role requires an expert-level understanding of CNC systems, preventative and corrective maintenance,

troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader within the

maintenance team, mentoring junior technicians and driving uptime performance across the facility. Essential Duties and
