About the Role

Service Porter- Audi Central Houston The Service Porter supports the service department by greeting customers, moving

and parking vehicles, and ensuring the dealership's service area is clean, organized, and efficient. This role helps

create a positive customer experience while maintaining smooth service drive operations. Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude; answer questions and direct them

to the appropriate person or location. Determine if customers have service appointments and record customer name, VIN,

tag number, mileage, and note any existing vehicle damage (walk-around). Move and park vehicles on dealership premises
