About the Role
A Day in the Life: The Production Worker plays a critical role in executing food production tasks to meet operational,
safety, and quality standards. This position involves operating equipment, following recipes and manufacturing orders,
and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Core tasks include verifying product specifications, documenting cook
temperatures, loading and unloading ovens, and performing sanitation duties. The role also contributes to training
routines, coordinates with team members, and may take charge of production activities in the absence of a supervisor.
Work is guided by standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety protocols, and production targets. Production
