About the Role
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for supporting accurate inbound and outbound shipment processing, order
picking, documentation control, ERP transactions, and warehouse coordination. This role verifies incoming and outgoing
shipments, picks and stages orders, prepares shipping documents, maintains shipment records, and helps ensure materials
and finished goods are received, staged, shipped, and documented accurately. This position works closely with the
Warehouse Lead and Material Handler to support timely material flow, inventory accuracy, shipment readiness, and
audit-ready documentation. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk helps ensure orders are picked correctly, shipments are
